Responsibilities

Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve bugs in a live e-commerce environment
Optimize backend performance and ensure system stability under varying loads
Implement incremental improvements based on roadmap and user feedback
Collaborate using GitHub for issue tracking, code reviews, and version control
Maintain clear documentation of fixes, changes, and optimizations
Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Proactively identify areas for technical debt reduction and process improvement

Skills And Requirements

Proven experience in backend development for e-commerce or similar transactional platforms
