The Leading Hotels of the World is seeking a Travel Trade Intern to support the Travel trade Sales Teams in the preparation and execution of regional and sales strategy and daily activities.
This is a 6-month internship starting mid February 2026 and based in our Paris office.
What You Would Be Responsible For
Organizing and supporting LHW webinars and hotel presentations for the team in Europe
(Virtual) Event support (invitations, attendee management, participation tracking in CRM system)
Creating presentation decks for sales pitches
Assist with CRM maintenance of B2B accounts
Support the teams with VIP alerts to hotels and virtual activities for hotels and clients
Support the travel trade coordinator with the administrative tasks of LHW’s travel agent loyalty program (VITA)
Updating and maintaining internal resources
Manage updates of the LHW Hotelier Portal, LHW Sales Portal, and Discussion Board
Daily sales activities

Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in French (written and spoken) and English mandatory
Self-motivator with the ability to work independently and as a team player
Cultural sensitivity, trustworthiness, responsibility, and dependability
Ability to represent/demonstrate LHW core values
Placement compensation/ Internship outline
Minimum of 5 consecutive months
Only as mandatory internship for university/higher education
Paid Internship (approximately 600€ net/ month as paid hourly as per French legislation)
Possibility of preparing thesis during internship
