Join a well-established NYC-based nonprofit as a Senior Boomi Developer. You will design, implement, and optimize integrations that automate and support critical business processes. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on ETL experience and a strong background with the Dell Boomi platform, including connectors, process building, and API design.
Job Title: Boomi Developer (Consultant)
Location: New York City (Hybrid)
Rate: $80-$90/hr W2 (based on experience)
Duration: Long-term contract
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable integrations using the Dell Boomi platform.
Build and support A2A (application-to-application) and B2B (business-to-business) integrations, including cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise, and on-premise-to-on-premise scenarios.
Migrate legacy integration processes into a centralized, standardized platform.
Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and DBAs to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain technical documentation.
Analyze system data, map data flows, and ensure data integrity throughout the integration process.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders; strong verbal and written skills are essential.
Technical Requirements
5+ years of ETL and Dell Boomi platform experience, including connectors, process building, and API design.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles.
Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP/WSDL web services.
Knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Groovy is a plus.
Experience with cloud technologies and integrations (e.g., AWS, Salesforce) is a plus.
