Role Summary:

The Salesforce Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. This role leads technical implementation, ensures best practices, and oversees integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic tools

• Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts

• Lead Salesforce configuration and customization efforts across Sales, Service, and other clouds

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools

• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance

• Manage deployments, change sets, and CI/CD processes

• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance within Salesforce

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Salesforce development and configuration

• Proficiency in Apex, SQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs

• Experience with system integrations and data migration

• Understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing rules

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Advanced Administrator) preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
