We're looking for a visionary and driven leader to step into a foundational role as our Director, Channel Enablement. Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Do: Drive Impact & Growth

Channel Activation & Evangelism:

Ignite the Network: Be the primary catalyst for educating, activating, and incentivizing Geotab’s Business Development (BD) team and 800+ Reseller Partners. Empower them to become passionate advocates and top sellers of Geotab Vitality solutions.
Architect Enablement: Design, build, and deliver scalable, high-impact training programs and cutting-edge sales enablement tools that empower our entire partner ecosystem.
Champion the Vision: Ensure every stakeholder deeply understands our groundbreaking product, its transformative value proposition, and the compelling incentives for driving adoption.

Strategic Sales Leadership & Execution:

Own the Outcome: Take full ownership of ambitious sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations across all customer segments and channels.
Forge Growth Pathways: Collaborate strategically with Customer Success to develop and execute sophisticated account-level and partner-level growth plans, maximizing the power of our reseller relationships and Geotab’s BD organization.
Integrate & Expand: Seamlessly integrate Geotab Vitality offerings into enterprise and government proposals by collaborating closely with the Geotab Direct Sales and RFP teams.

Voice of the Market & Product Influence:

Be the Bridge: Serve as the critical feedback loop, channeling insights from customers, resellers, and Geotab BD directly to the Vitality product team.
Unblock & Accelerate: Proactively identify and systematically remove barriers to adoption across all sales channels, ensuring frictionless market entry and expansion.
Shape the Future: Directly influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy based on invaluable, real-world insights from the field.

Team Building & Future Expansion:

Cultivate Talent: As we grow, you will have the unique opportunity to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous achievement. 
Pioneer New Frontiers: Support our strategic expansion into new channels, including direct sales and the commercial insurance sector.

Qualifications and Skills

Who You Are: The Ideal Architect

Proven Leader: 7+ years of progressive experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management within the technology sector (SaaS, IoT, or Telematics preferred).
Sales Maverick: Demonstrated, quantifiable success in B2B sales leadership, ideally within SaaS, telematics, fintech, or insurance.
Ecosystem Builder: Extensive experience working with indirect sales channels and cultivating robust partner ecosystems.
