Job Specifications

We are seeking a Workday Finance Consultant with strong hands-on experience across Workday Financials, integrations, and production support. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to support implementations, enhancements, and ongoing operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a client-facing Workday Finance resource, engaging with business and technical stakeholders
Support Workday Finance core modules through implementation, post-go-live enhancements, and production support
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday Finance business processes and integrations
Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and packaged integrations
Perform document transformations and integration logic using XSLT, XML, SOAP, REST, and web services
Support reporting requirements using Workday Report Writer and Workday BIRT
Analyze issues, manage incidents, and track enhancements using ticketing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, data accuracy, and timely delivery
Provide functional and technical guidance aligned with Workday best practices

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Finance Core
5+ years of overall Finance ERP experience
Workday Finance Certification (active or previously certified)
Strong experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, and production environments
Experience with Workday integrations including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and packaged integrations
Working knowledge of XSLT, XML, SOAP, REST, WSDL, and web services
Experience with Workday reporting tools including Workday Report Writer and BIRT
Familiarity with Jira and/or ServiceNow for ticket and incident management
Strong communication and client-facing skills

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $24.91/hour - $38.93/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
