Role Summary

Hawkroot is offering a paid Data Analysis Internship. This remote, part time internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience working on real data projects. You will assist on short term analytics assignments, support client deliverables, and build job ready skills under professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis.
Perform basic data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python.
Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
Help analyse trends and performance metrics for client projects.
Document analytical work and maintain organised data files.
Collaborate remotely with analysts and project leads on assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong Excel skills with basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with academic, personal, or internship data projects.
Interest in project-based or contract-style analytics work.

Benefits and Perks

Paid internship at £16 per hour.
20 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
Fully remote role (Ilford-based applicants preferred).
