Mac Support Analyst, Jamf, MacOS, Support Analyst, Adobe, Creative Cloud, London
Harris Global are currently looking for a Mac Support Analyst to join our client on an initial 3 month contract.
This role will require 5 days per week onsite in London. Candidate must have strong Mac and Jamf expertise. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day macOS support and configuration for end users in a creative environment
Manage device provisioning, deployment and life cycle using JAMF
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and security issues across Mac devices
Support and maintain network, storage and server infrastructure
Assist with network and security architecture, including access controls and best practices
Support Media Asset Management (MAM) systems and creative workflows
Provide IT support for video and audio production systems
Use Terminal/Unix commands for diagnostics, configuration and automation
Write or adapt basic scripts (eg Bash) to improve efficiency and automation
Work with cloud-based platforms and services (basic exposure to AWS or similar)
Collaborate closely with creative, production and technical teams
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience supporting and configuring macOS environments
Strong hands-on experience with JAMF (MDM, deployments, policies, updates)
Solid background in IT support and troubleshooting
Understanding of network, storage and server infrastructure
Working knowledge of network and security architecture
Experience using Unix/Linux environments and Terminal commands
Basic Scripting experience (eg Bash)
Exposure to Media Asset Management systems
Experience supporting video/audio production technology
Nice to Have:
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS
Experience working in creative, broadcast, media or production environments
