I’m working on behalf of a top 10 UK accountancy firm that is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Director to join their team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving growth and shaping the future of a highly respected, fast-growing firm.

Lead new business development across the region, originating opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop winning proposals, manage bids, and influence regional strategy.

What we’re looking for:

A strong background in business development and sales leadership, ideally within professional services or a similar consultative environment.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage complex client relationships, and deliver results.
Strategic thinker with excellent networking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working across multiple business lines and influencing at senior levels.

The ideal candidate:

10+ years’ experience in business development or related roles.
Commercially astute, proactive, and passionate about building relationships.
Skilled in managing teams and mentoring others.
