Job description

Achieve ambitious sales targets within East and West Flanders
Promote a surgical product portfolio focused on hernia repair and plastic and reconstructive breast surgery
Build strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement departments
Present and demonstrate innovative products in hospital settings
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
Conduct price and contract negotiations with hospital stakeholders
Represent the company at national and international congresses and events
Report sales activities, pipeline, and results accurately via Salesforce

Requirements

Bachelor level of thinking and working
3 to 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
Excellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of English; French is a plus
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Self-driven, proactive, and results oriented
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality
Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Experience with project management and product launches is an asset
