Job Specifications

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Jet Reporting.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
Explore and build Power Apps and Power Automate
Translate business needs into technical specifications and create solutions using Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Implement row-level security and user permissions within Power BI workspaces.
Connect Power BI to various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionality and usage.
Support with data governance and centralization projects
Occasionally, may perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
In-depth understanding of the Power BI Platform
Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Familiarity with connecting to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, Azure).
Knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and dashboard design best practices.
Understanding of backend ERP systems is an asset - particularly Microsoft Navision
Strong problem-solving skills to interpret and analyze data
Ability to manage multiple BI projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics
Microsoft certified Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) is an asset.

Base Pay $60,300 - $69,200/Yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
