Our client is a global equipment/machinery distributor and has operations around the world.

Position: Account Representative

Location: Woodstock, Ontario

Compensation: CAN$55,000-65,000 per year depending on experience

Job Objective:

Join a dynamic, fast-paced team where you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction! Our client is looking for a motivated an Account Representative who thrives on collaboration, organization, and making an impact every day.

What You’ll Do

Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through clear, proactive communication.
Analyze inventory data and key performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and monthly reporting activities.
Coordinate with engineers on product and process changes.
Support Accounting and Warehouse teams with A/R, A/P, and logistics coordination.
Contribute to a smooth month-end process and overall business success.
Japanese language is an asset but not required.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business (preferred).
Inventory Management experience.
Strong Excel skills
Detail-oriented multitasker with excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable meeting tight deadlines and handling varied daily tasks.
Willingness to work overtime (including weekends when needed).
Occasional domestic and international travel required.
