Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable and reusable code within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Lead initiatives to improve application development, deployment, and customization processes.
Advise teams and clients on best practices and necessary changes to meet business needs.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and products.
Participate in process improvement discussions and provide strategic guidance on the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure compliance with internal audit and security guidelines.

Skills

Experience in Service Catalog development and Flow Designer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript for scripting customizations and business rules.
Familiarity with ServiceNow core concepts like forms, tables, and ACLs.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and debugging issues.

Preferred Skills

CSA certification and experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
Experience in change management using ServiceNow platform.
Adaptability to keep up with new platform features and best practices.
