Role Description:

• Looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for JDA/Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS).

• The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Crystal Reports, and knowledge of server maintenance, vulnerability management, and patching is a strong plus.

Required skill Sets:

• JDA/Blue Yonder TMS Support- Provide L2/L3 support for JDA/Blue Yonder TMS applications ensuring high availability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, monitor system health, and maintain SLA compliance.

• Incident & Problem Management-Manage incidents using ITIL-based practices, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to deliver fixes and enhancements.

• Reporting & Analytics- Design and maintain Crystal Reports and KPI dashboards for operational insights. Work with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely reporting.

• Server Maintenance (Bonus)- Assist in server patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance checks. Work with infrastructure teams to ensure secure and stable environments.

Desired Skill Sets:

• Master’s or bachelor’s in computer science or related field.

• Relevant experience in application support with strong exposure to JDA/Blue Yonder TMS.

• Reporting: Crystal Reports (mandatory), Power BI (preferred)

• Databases: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server

• Monitoring Tools: ServiceNow

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and client engagement skills.
