About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join a leading enterprise technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions connecting cloud applications and on-prem systems. You’ll work with cutting-edge Oracle Cloud technologies and play a key role in large-scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop integrations using OIC to connect Oracle Fusion applications with external systems.
Implement file-based integrations using FTP/SFTP and configure OCI File Storage.
Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages for data staging, transformation, and FBDI processing in Oracle ATP.
Create and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports for Fusion ERP/HCM and integrate outputs into OIC flows.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
Maintain documentation of integration processes, PL/SQL logic, and OCI components.
Mentor junior developers, provide guidance on best practices, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer.
Expertise in OIC3 integrations using REST/SOAP, FTP/SFTP, and SaaS adapters.
Strong Oracle Cloud Applications knowledge (ERP, HCM, SCM, WMS).
Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills; experience with external tables and FBDI processes.
BI Publisher (BIP) report creation, scheduling, and integration with OIC.
Familiarity with OCI services (File Storage, Logging) and network connectivity to on-prem systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
