Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator (AI-Focused) Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with extensive AI experience to take ownership of the Salesforce platform and play a key role in driving intelligent automation and insight across our clients business. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering the opportunity to work closely with commercial, marketing, and data teams in a fast-paced media environment.
You will act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, leading on platform optimisation, AI-driven enhancements, and best practice governance.
Key Responsibilities
Own and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and high performance
Design, configure, and optimise Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, etc.)
Lead the implementation and adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g. Einstein, predictive analytics, intelligent automation)
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions
Drive data quality, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights across the organisation
Manage releases, testing, deployments, and environment strategy
Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior admins, and championing best practice
Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and governance standards
Key Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce AI tools (Einstein, AI-driven analytics, automation, or integrations with external AI platforms)
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus)
Advanced experience with Flows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
Strong data management and data modelling skills
Experience working in an agile, stakeholder-facing environment
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or AI-related certifications highly desirable)
