Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Toronto, ON, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, test, and implement customized Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs. This includes coding, integrating Salesforce applications, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, create documentation, and support ongoing system enhancements to ensure seamless processes and a high-quality user experience.

Qualifications

Expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce CRM customization
Strong experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technology
Proficiency in database management, SOQL, and data modeling
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control tools, and Agile development methodologies
Problem-solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting technical issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementation or working with enterprise-level clients is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
