DevOps Engineer

Location: London (3 days per week on-site in Clapham Junction)

Salary: Up to £70k plus a benefits package

Troi Search have partnered with a leading Health and Wellness firm to hire a DevOps Engineer. This role is situated within their Platform team, and involves working closely with Software Engineers, Architects and SREs to maintain highly available, secure and scalable cloud infrastructure and applications.

Duties:

Design, build and maintain reliable and secure cloud platforms
Implement platform engineering standards to enable rapid delivery for development teams
Build, maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines
Implement IaC using modern tooling
Operate and engineer infrastructure on a public cloud platform (GCP, Azure or AWS)
Work with SRE and Security teams to ensure the stability and security of platforms

Experience required:

Proven experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong understanding of platform engineering principles
CI/CD pipelines and modern toolsets
Infrastructure as Code and modern tools
Microservices and distributed, event-driven architectures
Shell scripting (Bash or PowerShell)
Azure Kubernetes Service (desirable)
Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory and Azure APM toolchain (desirable)
