IT Security Analyst – AD Identity Management

On behalf of our banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Security Analyst – AD Identity Management for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Job Description:

The project involves the remediation of audit findings related to privilege IDs. The role requires advanced AD identity management and PowerShell scripting skills to enhance user and customer experience by improving workflows associated with the bank’s onboarding and Logical Access platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve workflows for onboarding and Logical Access platforms

• Perform tasks for Logical Access Control, including access request, provision/deprovision, and documentation

• Process add/remove/change activities for various IDs and Security Groups

• Utilize troubleshooting skills for complex systems/issues related to identity and access

• Liaise with 2nd and 3rd level support as needed

• Provide reports and data for audits and internal controls

Mandatory Skills:

• 9+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP

• 3-5+ years of PowerShell scripting for AD administration

• Advanced Excel data management skills

• 2-3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, SQL/Oracle

• 3-5+ years with SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk or similar PAM solutions

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• MS Azure and Entra ID management experience

• Previous Banking/Financial Institution experience

• Power BI experience

• Technical and Security Designations (MCSE/MCSA, CISSP, Security+)

Assignment Length:

This is a 9-month contract role with the possibility of extension.
