Contract Role - 9 Months | Location: London(Onsite)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required for global time zones)

Travel: Up to 10% (possible travel to Dublin / New York)

Start Date: January 2026

Role Overview

The Client Solutions Manager is a senior, client-facing role responsible for driving strategic partnerships with large global clients and media agencies. This role combines consultative sales, data-driven strategy, and project leadership, working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to accelerate revenue growth, scale product adoption, and deliver best-in-class client outcomes.

This is a high-visibility, high-pressure role, suited for someone confident engaging with senior executives and managing complex, global accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Agency Partnership

Partner closely with the Global Client Lead to develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps and global business plans
Build and manage strong relationships with senior client executives and global agency leadership
Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making through insights and strategic recommendations

Strategy, Media & Measurement

Lead media strategy, best practices, optimization, and performance measurement across global accounts
Translate complex data and analytics into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders
Drive revenue acceleration through product solution adoption and strategic co-investment initiatives

Data, Insights & Reporting

Analyze large datasets using Excel and dashboards to identify opportunities and performance gaps
Pull reports and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients and agencies
Turn global insights into scalable actions across regions and local markets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams including Marketing Science, Product, Solutions Engineering, Creative, and Sales
Enable knowledge sharing across global, regional, and local teams
Influence change and improvements by communicating best practices across teams

Project & Escalation Management

Lead multiple strategic workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Manage escalations effectively, especially platform, measurement, or delivery issues
Support solution mapping and issue resolution in fast-moving, high-impact situations

Capability Building

Design and deliver capability-building programs for clients and agencies to support large-scale product adoption
Support long-term initiatives such as commerce programs and innovation projects

Candidate Requirements

Top 3 Non-Negotiable Skills

Senior stakeholder management & communication: Proven experience engaging C-suite and senior executives
Strong analytical capability: Advanced Excel and dashboard skills; ability to convert data into insights and actions
Project management: Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel

Experience

8+ years of experience in media, marketing, consulting, or digital advertising
Experience working with large global clients or enterprise-level accounts (small-client-only experience is not suitable)
Strong background in agency or global client environments
