Job Specifications

Our client in mid-town Manhattan is looking for a detail-oriented contract-to-hire Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their leadership team.

Our client offers a hybrid work schedule and hourly rate of $37-$45 depending on experience. This position is for immediate hire.

Key Responsibilities

Complex Calendar Management: Proactively manage and prioritize busy calendars, including scheduling sensitive internal meetings, department-wide syncs, and performance reviews.
Interview Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates to coordinate multi-stage interview loops, manage logistics, and ensure a high-quality "candidate experience."
Advanced Presentation Support: Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to design, format, and polish high-stakes HR presentations, including board decks, training materials, and company-wide announcements.
HR Administrative Operations: Execute essential administrative tasks such as maintaining digital personnel files, managing expense reports, and utilizing the full Microsoft Office Suite to organize HR data and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and experience supporting a Human Resources team.
