Talent Acquisition Partner – Energy / Industrial

Fully Remote (EST time zone)

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-impact, high-visibility hiring across the Energy / Industrial sector. This is a fully remote role where you’ll work closely with business leaders, own recruiting strategy, and help build teams that support innovation and growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute hiring strategies for complex, hard-to-fill roles
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using advanced sourcing tools and market insights
Partner with senior leaders to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning
Deliver a seamless, inclusive, and candidate-first recruitment experience
Lead and negotiate complex offers aligned with market and business needs

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of overall recruiting experience, including 3+ years recruiting engineering, PhD-level, and emerging technology talent (AI, Software, Robotics)
Experience recruiting within the Energy or Industrial sector
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change
Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating across time zones
