Our client, a Fortune 100 globally recognized financial services brand (to be disclosed during process), is looking for a hands-on, self-starter Marketing Operations Specialist to join one of their marketing teams on a contract basis with the strong possibility of conversion to a full-time role within a year. In this role, you will manage the execution of marketing campaigns, including setup, QA, launch, monitoring and optimization. You will collaborate with creative agencies and creative governance teams -- Brand, Legal, and Compliance -- to develop best-in-class marketing assets. You will work with the marketing channel owners and technical teams to build and launch campaigns into production. You will partner with finance and analytics teams to track and report campaign results and to further optimize campaign performance.

Location: New York, NY
Role type: This role starts as a 1-year contract with the intention to convert to a permanent position.
Hybrid: 3 days in office within Lower Manhattan.

Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, focused primarily on email and paid media, to ensure flawless and on-time launch and deliver against the marketing and financial goals.
Anticipate, understand and effectively apply all feedback from marketing campaign review partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance) to develop compliant marketing collateral.
Partner with marketing execution subject matter experts and enablement teams to align and resolve feedback to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
Identify and share best practices and create efficiencies in current marketing processes, in collaboration with fellow marketing operations specialists.
Focus on learning and applying new relevant tools and processes as they are rolled out.
Proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and get things done.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or campaign execution, preferably within financial services or a highly regulated industry.
Digital marketing expertise and understanding of marketing channels and execution processes.
Naturally detail oriented; a passion for delivering high quality, consistently.
Skilled at (and enjoys!) project and process management.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; effective working with multiple stakeholders and keeping things moving.
Ability to liaise with marketing, legal and compliance partners to ensure marketing campaigns meet legal and regulatory standards while delivering against business goals.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage flawlessly to timelines and milestones.
