Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Senior Full-stack Engineer to join our team in Paris.
You will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring our junior team members as we aim to grow and scale. It involves guiding development practices, overseeing complex projects, and implementing robust solutions to enhance our software capabilities.
The expertise of this senior position is essential for driving our technical excellence and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop high-quality software design and architecture
Lead teams and client interactions
Organize and bring structure to software development teams
Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
Review and debug code
Perform validation and verification testing
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
Document development phases and monitor systems
Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in the field of software and data engineering
Advanced knowledge of Python, Typescript, Django and React
Strong experience in software engineering projects with emphasis on impactful outcomes and engaging internal or external client collaborations and satisfaction
Experience in reviewing, optimizing and structuring code, particularly large datasets
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Significant backend/frontend programming experience
You value code simplicity, performance, and details and enjoy partnering with other engineers and solving difficult problems
Fluency in English (Both Verbal and written). French and any additional languages are a plus
Bonus Skills
Experience in a cloud-native or multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)
You are familiar with running large scale distributed compute/storage tools in production, (Kubernetes, Postgres, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis).
You are enthusiastic about cyber-security and you would be proud to contribute to a safer cyberspace
