Job Summary

Developers in this program support multiple enterprise technology initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications across eCommerce, pharmacy operations, and fresh supply chain systems. These roles work across the full stack using modern technologies including Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Angular, and cloud platforms. Developers are responsible for building high-performing services and intuitive user interfaces, implementing RESTful APIs, and supporting mission-critical workflows. The work requires strong analytical skills, clean and maintainable coding practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional Agile teams. These roles contribute directly to system stability, innovation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement across enterprise platforms.

Requirements

Server-side development experience with Java/Spring Boot and/or Node.js
Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and working within microservice architectures
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra Understanding of modern development best practices, asynchronous programming, modular code, and the full SDLC
Experience with Git/GitHub and familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and troubleshoot performance and functionality issues
Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and in collaborative Agile environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
Self-starter with initiative, ownership, and a business-minded approach to delivery expectations
