Job Responsibilities
As part of the Marketing Travel Retail Central team, in a context of business growth and the development of Moët Hennessy, you will support the Brand and Digital in creating 360° Marketing Launch & Activations, accompanying regions in execution, analysing launch results.
You will assist the team in their daily tasks and support all the four regions by defining the Global TR strategy, guidelines and ensuring brands deployment worldwide.
Internship starting on beginning of January.
Your area of activity includes the following tasks:
New Launches & Activation Development (40%)
Assist in the creation of the 360° launch-pack and tools development for 2025-2026 projects for Hennessy, Veuve Clicquot, Belvedere, Volcan de Mi Tierra, Eminente.
Assist in the creation & implementation of innovative consumer experiences for our boutiques & pop ups.
Support the Regional Marketing teams in the implementation of activations, as well as any Marketing-related questions and Sustainable Retail program.
Provide guidance to regions for qualitative implementation of promotional & sales plans.
Establish a positive collaboration with Maison counterparts for strategy alignement , marketing program building and business analysis.
Interact with internal and external key stakeholders: creative agency, media partners etc.
Annual Planning/Presentations/Tools Maintenance (40%)
Assist in the construction of the annual
Marketing Brand Plan for each brand across the GTR channel.
Support in the delivery of annual Business
Plan for regional sales teams Support central communication: Newsletter, social channels...
Monitor competitors’ activities, marketing, and creative intelligence
Business intelligence (20%)
Navigate MH and GTR business tools: PowerBI, Trends & insights data center...
Monitor and analyze Sell in & Sell out by brand quality, channel, region, key retailers
Support on analysis & reporting: monthly consolidation, business reviews, launch reports, best practices...
Help the manager in providing guidance to regions for qualitative implementation of promotional & sales plans: CPIs, GWP etc.
Monitor competitors’ activities, trends, and creative intelligence.
Profile

Currently enrolled in a relevant Master program
Extensive understanding of Marketing/Brand Management concepts
At least one relevant experience in marketing or luxury industry
Fluent written and spoken English and French
Passion for luxury brands / Wines & Spirits
International experience through studies or previous internships
Ability to work in highly complex & fast-moving international environment
Exceptionally organized, reliable, and able to prioritize/meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly collaborative and a strong team player, able to foster positive relationship
