Junior Business Systems Administrator (Contract)

Location: Fully Remote

Contract Duration: 3–6 months

Contract Rate: Up to £150 per day

About the Opportunity

We are supporting a fast-growing healthcare technology company in their search for a Junior Business Systems Administrator. This is a contract role focused on supporting finance and billing systems, with an initial emphasis on Chargebee, including work on the Chargebee Retention Module.

The successful candidate will help manage day-to-day system operations and support key initiatives to optimize workflows and maintain data integrity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience with business systems in a SaaS and healthcare tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support administration of finance and billing systems (including Chargebee and ERP platforms)
Assist with billing workflows, subscription lifecycle management, and retention processes
Manage user access, roles, and permissions
Perform data integrity checks and basic reconciliations
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to support system needs
Assist with system configuration, documentation, and process improvements

Required Experience

1–3 years’ experience in a junior business systems, systems admin, or analyst role
Exposure to billing, ERP, or finance systems
Understanding of user access management and system permissions
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

Experience with Chargebee or subscription billing platforms
Exposure to ERP systems
SaaS or healthcare tech experience
