Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, integrations, and workflow automation, and will work closely with business and IT teams to deliver efficient service management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Configure and implement ServiceNow core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and client/server scripts.
Create and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Customize forms, tables, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements.
Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and version migrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform performance and functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with best practices.
Support testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
Experience working with ServiceNow Studio and scoped applications.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management concepts.
Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
