We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Manager to oversee and enhance security measures within this medium sized organisation based in London. This interim role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the not-for-profit sector whilst driving awareness, managing risks and improving security posture
Client Details
This is an interim position within a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in London.
Description
Develop and implement robust cyber security strategies and policies.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall IT security.
Provide expert advice on potential security threats and solutions.
Oversee security training and awareness programmes for staff.
Manage and maintain security tools and technologies effectively.
Profile
A successful Cyber Security Manager should have:
Strong expertise in cyber security best practices and frameworks.
Experience in managing security incidents and risk assessments.
Fully adept with working with Microsoft environments and Azure estates
MS Office 365, Defender, Azure is essential
Experience with patching and server management and configuration
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Proficiency in using security tools and technologies.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Job Offer
Competitive daily rate of £500 to £550, paid in GBP.
Interim contract offering flexibility and a focused project scope.
