Job Description
Highnote is building a one-of-a-kind Technical Sales organization. You will be responsible for leading technical workstreams with Highnote customers, solving complex problems, and helping define the future of our company. You will represent the customer's perspective internally and work closely with Highnote's Product and Engineering organizations to ensure that features and functionality are built to meet their requirements and are prioritized appropriately.
What you'll be doing
Lead sales demonstrations and technical discovery calls with prospective customers.
Gather requirements, design solution architectures, and build flow diagrams for customer implementations.
Own technical relationships during implementation, including POCs, sample code, and consultative expertise.
Test new features and conduct documentation reviews before customer releases.
Manage implementation project timelines and provide status reporting to leadership.
Drive product roadmap input by serving as the liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
Support building internal tools and processes to scale Technical Sales operations.
Qualifications:

Experience in customer-facing roles
Proficiency and experience in web API's
Ability to understand highly complex technology and be a liaison between our Engineering, Program, and Product teams and our customers

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Four years or more of professional experience, two or more years in Fintech/Payments
Experience using web API tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Apollo Studio
Experience interfacing with a GraphQL API

At Highnote we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our compensation packages are competitive based on robust market research and are a combination of a cash salary, equity, and benefits. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual salary range for applicants is $160,000-200,000.
