About the Opportunity:

The organization is developing an AI-powered app to simplify car ownership by integrating car insurance, maintenance, repairs, and financing into a single mobile platform. The role is aimed at engineers looking to impact a high-growth startup and contribute to scaling the user base from 5 million to 50 million.

Responsibilities:

• Write production code within the first few weeks

• Join an engineering pod focused on core app, retention, or automation

• Ship code regularly and collaborate closely with product teams

• Build high-quality, user-first software

• Work with a modern tech stack, including React, Node, Python, AWS, and TypeScript

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Interest in learning, building, and growing within a fast-paced environment

• Comfort with ambiguity and pride in delivering quality work

• Internship, co-op, or side project experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

• Starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on the job posting, determined by skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions

• Compensation may include opportunities for equity grants
