Testing Facilitation / Vehicle Support Engineer

Role Overview:

Support development engineers by preparing vehicles and enabling testing activities across multiple sites, including domestic and overseas locations. Ensure vehicles and systems are ready for calibration and validation activities, helping to deliver accurate and reliable testing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with engineering and attribute teams to prepare vehicles for testing.
Ensure all required tools, equipment, and data logging systems are set up and functional.
Facilitate testing activities across local and international test sites.
Support calibration delivery by providing vehicles in a ready-to-test state.
Troubleshoot basic vehicle or system issues to minimize downtime during testing.
Contribute to process improvements and share best practices for test preparation.

Qualifications / Skills:

2–5 years of experience in vehicle preparation, workshop operations, or automotive testing support.
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and workshop practices.
Hands-on experience with vehicle setup and testing tools.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and support cross-functional teams.
Quick learner, with willingness to develop knowledge on calibration and testing processes.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in automotive development or testing environments.
Exposure to data acquisition systems or calibration activities is a plus.
