Zephalto, low carbon space flights in stratospheric balloon

Our mission To give the best view of the Earth you need to change your horizon

How? By redefining the standards of space fights through a new access to the stratosphere in 2026, 25km away from Earth

What? Zephalto develops low carbon space flights in stratospheric balloon. We design the experience of the Overview Effect for voyagers and build the first observation platform 25km away from Earth (15km above the planes)

Supported By The French Space Agency (CNES), Zephalto Was Launched By Vincent Farret D'Astiès In 2017, And Our Team Of 20 Already Has Some Great Achievements

We have already flown several innovative prototypes with pilots on board

Descriptif du poste

En tant que stagiaire RH chez Zephalto, vous rejoignez une équipe de très haut niveau technique et dont l'ambition la pousse vers les étoiles !

Les missions du Stagiaire RH (H/F)

Participation aux élections CSE
Suivre les entretiens annuels obligatoires
Questionnaire satisfaction salarié au travail
Mise à jour DUERP suite nouveaux locaux
Constituer la Base de données RH et mettre en place des KPI RH
Divers travaux RH tel que mise à jour/rédaction des fiches de poste, analyse des coefs, des compétences, des rémunérations, etc.
Être force de proposition pour améliorer le bien-être au travail.

Profil recherché

À propos de votre profil

Esprit d’équipe : vous êtes capable de travailler de manière stratégique et en collaboration avec d'autres départements. Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication.
Organisé/e : Vous êtes rigoureux dans vos analyses.
Bienveillance et dynamisme : enthousiaste et multitâche, vous avez la volonté d’apprendre et de participer activement et dans la bonne humeur aux projets de l’équipe.
Compétences : Vous avez d’excellentes compétences rédactionnelles. Vous êtes très organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et tenez vos délais.
Formation : Type Ecole de Commerce/RH Bac+2/Bac+3
