Agile Delivery Manager - Digital Transformation - UK government - SC Clearance - London - 6 month contract

I am currently working with a UK Government client on a major Digital Transformation Programme, with a focus on Voice & Telco solutions.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and nurturing high-performing teams to ensure successful project delivery. This initial 6 month contract role is based in London, with a remote-first working approach and occasional on-site presence as needed.

Due to the nature of the programme, candidates who are sole British Nationals and hold active SC clearance will be preferred.

.*Life Cycle Management:* Capable of managing product and service delivery through different life cycle phases with support.
.*Maintaining Delivery Momentum:* Skilled in managing team pace, addressing risks and dependencies, and ensuring smooth delivery flow.
*Making a Process Work:* Expertise in identifying and improving organisational processes, adding value, and guiding process implementation.
*Planning:* Proficient in data-informed planning, managing dependencies, and providing delivery confidence.
*Team Dynamics and Cooperation* Able to foster cooperation, create conducive team environments, and address team issues effectively.
