Operations Associate (Credit Trading Desk) – Boutique Hedge Fund - Up to £100k base + 50% bonus

Job Specifications

An expanding, multi-billion dollar AUM boutique Hedge Fund are looking to make a hire specific to its European credit strategy.

As the firm’s European credit strategy is building out rapidly (the desk is trading CDS, bonds, derivatives etc.), we are looking for a newly created hire to take ownership of operations / trader assistant / treasury tasks for the investment desk that he/she will sit with. The role covers the full trade lifecycle and it has core responsibilities for managing relationships with the credit investment team / the hire will be the point of escalation for investment staff covering the firm’s credit investment strategy. The hire can expect to take on a variety of projects from the traders, HOO and COO, that are also specific to the expansion of the credit investment strategy.

Candidates should have 5-10yrs experience in hedge fund operations / middle office. A credit specialism is required.

The firm have budgeted up to a £100k base salary for the hire and a 50% bonus potential for a strong performer.
