A rapidly growing, award-winning digital assets multi-manager hedge fund is looking to make a newly created operations hire as they continue to scale their London presence.

The firm has experienced a period of exceptional performance and has onboarded multiple new pods this year. As a result, they are expanding their operations function with an additional hire who will work directly with front-office pod managers and traders. This role offers broad front-to-back exposure across the digital assets ecosystem, including account setup with exchanges and custodians, day-to-day operational oversight, NAV monitoring, and a wide range of ad-hoc project work.

The team has built an impressive automation framework and makes extensive use of Python, having already streamlined large parts of the BAU. The incoming hire will be encouraged to shape future automation initiatives, elevate existing processes, and develop their Python skills to an exceptional standard.

Candidates should have 1 – 3 years relevant trade support or operations experience, strong academics, and professional experience with Python. Exposure to digital assets is advantageous but not required.

The position pays up to £70k base salary, with typical first-year bonus payments of 40-60%, with the opportunity to WFH 1 day per week.
