Job Title: Data Management Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: W2 contract 12+ months

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Data Management professionals with strong hands-on expertise in data provisioning and the ability to distribute and standardize data sets across systems. This role is critical for ensuring data integrity and consistency within our commercial lending ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Provision and distribute data across multiple platforms and systems.
Conform and standardize data sets to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
Write and optimize moderate to advanced SQL queries; ability to handle complex queries is a plus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and integration.
Work with Commercial Lending systems such as iHub, WICS, WICDR, and other Systems of Record (SOR).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Data Management and Data Provisioning.
Proficiency in SQL (moderate to advanced level).
Familiarity with Commercial Lending platforms and related systems (iHub, WICS, WICDR).
Understanding of Systems of Record (SOR) and data governance principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with complex SQL query writing and optimization.
Knowledge of data standardization frameworks and best practices.
Exposure to financial services or commercial lending domain.
