NOTE: HYBRID work model, 2-days/week in office. Office located in Montreal, Quebec.

Type: 6 Month Contract, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week with a strong possibility of extension

Work Experience: 7+ years as Senior Delivery Lead, Credit Card Payment Automation, Bambora, Java, Web-based application, SDLC, Agile

Industry: Bank, Retail

DESCRIPTION:

Senior Delivery Lead to oversee the full delivery lifecycle. This includes leading the planning phase, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, defining scope, and building the delivery roadmap for an initiative focused on automating credit card payments for our customers.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in project management and delivery, particularly within the AI and automation space. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within scope
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
A hands-on approach, actively involved in all aspects of delivery—not just at a high level.
Experience with Credit Card Payment Automation
Experience with Bambora for TD Bank Credit Card processing experience
Six Sigma certification – an asset
Change Management experience
The ideal candidate comes from a background in software development, and transitioned to a senior delivery lead.
Agile SCRUM methodology
AI – such as Copilot – an asset
