Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Required Skills (5+ years):

SDLC and Agile experience
Creating BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories
UI/UX mockups & workflows (Visio, Adobe XD)
Gathering requirements through interviews, meetings, documents
Writing test plans/scripts and performing testing
Analyzing business processes and suggesting improvements

Highly Desired:

User training & user manuals

Nice to Have:

Customer/end-user support experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree required
