Key Responsibilities:

We’re hiring! Excited to share an opportunity for a Product manager (Fintech & payments background a plus) supporting one of our major clients in NYC, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite).

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

Support the end to end product development lifecycle from ideation and design to development, testing and launch
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and help sprint planning and grooming
Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog that are development efforts and ensures alignment with the product vision
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product and reporting environments
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Collaborate with Technology leads, architects on product enhancements requirements and troubleshooting when product issues are raised
Support/analyze, tracks, and evaluates product metrics/KPIs/ analytics
Track records with building cloud based platforms, APIs, SaaS products in financial services or banking firms
Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and Attention to details
Partners with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and support user experience research as required

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Strong stakeholder management and articulation skills
Good Power point presentation skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Work experience in Fintech or SaaS product companies preferred
Project experience with Payments, Credit Card and ACH
Work experience in large organization
Expertise in project management governance

Analyst Expectations

Each analyst will work with scrum teams to refine and create detailed requirements list epic, user stories
Each analyst will work with 1-2 scrum teams during the development stages, attend scrum ceremonies, clarify the queries from teams, interact with engineers and stakeholders on a daily basis to remove the blockers
Overall drive the development progress and deliver the features and capabilities assigned on tim
