Tier 3 In-House Engineer / Project Engineer
We are looking for a senior-level engineer to join our team and take on a mix of advanced support, project leadership, and mentorship responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems, enjoys working across both cloud and on-premises environments, and wants to play a key role in shaping IT infrastructure and security strategies.
What You’ll Do
Be the final escalation point for technical issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting.
Lead cloud migration projects (on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, cross-platform).
Manage and secure Microsoft 365 and on-premises server environments.
Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
Design and deploy security solutions such as MFA.
Document processes, deliver training, and mentor junior team members.
Respond to high-priority incidents and support after-hours on a rotating basis.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in a senior technical role.
Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware, and network infrastructure.
Familiarity with security tools (MDR, EDR, antivirus) and VoIP systems.
Industry certifications (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Security+, SonicWall, etc.).
Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
