Must have skills:

2-4 years of relevant work experience
Solid knowledge of Trade Processing principles
Very strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (MS Word/Excel/ PowerPoint / Power BI)
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Analytical and detail-oriented qualities
Ability to work under pressure and meet very strict deadlines
Ability to multi-task and ensure accuracy/efficiency

Nice to have skills:

Experience in financial services industry
Experience with macros and VBA development
Certified designations such as CPA, CFA, LSS Black Belt, etc.
