This project-based remote role is ideal for a skilled video editor with a passion for storytelling and digital content creation. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished short- and long-form videos for online platforms, collaborating closely with a production team to deliver high-quality results. Deliverables

Edit and assemble raw video footage into compelling short- and long-form content for digital platforms
Develop storyboards and visual concepts to enhance narrative flow
Integrate graphics, animations, and motion graphics as needed
Enhance video and audio quality, including color correction and sound design
Collaborate with the production team to ensure creative vision and project goals are met
Deliver final video assets in required formats and specifications within set deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience in digital video editing and post-production
Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual composition
Experience creating graphics and animations for video content
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with motion graphics is a plus
Must be based in Canada or the USA
Availability for a single project with potential for future work
