Role Purpose
We are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in the global implementation of Humaans (HRIS) and iiPay (Payroll) across multiple regions, including the UK, US, Canada, Brazil, and Europe. This position will ensure accurate data migration, integration, and reporting to enable a seamless transition and ongoing operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Data Migration & Validation
Extract, cleanse, and transform legacy HR and payroll data for migration into Humaans and iiPay.
Perform data mapping between existing systems and new platforms.
Conduct reconciliation and validation to ensure data integrity across regions.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain global HR and payroll reports and dashboards.
Provide insights on workforce metrics, payroll accuracy, and compliance.
Support ad-hoc data analysis for project and business need.
System Implementation Support
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams during system configuration and testing.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating data flows and outputs.
Document data processes, dictionaries, and reporting standards.
Compliance & Security
Ensure adherence to GDPR and other regional data privacy regulations.
Maintain secure handling of sensitive employee and payroll data.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
Experience working on system implementations
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas etc)
Experience in gathering and reconciling data
It would be advantageous if you had any of the following skills (albeit not considered pre-requisites)
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques
Understanding of HR processes and global payroll fundamentals
Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (preferably Humaans and iiPay)
Scripting skills (Python or R) for automation and data validation
Exposure to API integrations between systems
