Title: Microsoft Dynamics Systems Analyst - Senior (Onsite)

Job Description:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working with the Solution Architects and business units to create Functional documents, integration documents, technical documents, providing the information and guidance for the developers to action; and recommending appropriate actions to business system issues. The Senior Business System Analyst leads multiple ongoing projects, utilizing different technological platforms. This role is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple modules or applications and plays a lead role in the strategic planning for various modules/applications.

5+ years of experience as business systems analyst or a Functional consultant role within an IT Department.
Strong understanding of Product Information Management, Supply Chain, CRM, OMS/IOM, and F&O modules within Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365FO / D365SCM.
Proficient with the Data Management Framework (DMF) in D365FO / D365SCM Experience in delivering large, business critical applications.
Experience with database technologies such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL.
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 and Platform level certifications.
Comfortable to use Jira, Confluence, Zeplin and InVision tools in day-to-day activities.
Ability to work in Agile methodology.
Experience in Microsoft D365, Power Platform, and eCommerce systems is an asset.
D365 F&0 Implementation experience is preferred.

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience as business systems analyst or a Functional consultant role within an IT Department.
5+ years of experience Strong understanding of Product Information Management, Supply Chain, CRM, OMS/IOM, and F&O modules within Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365FO / D365SCM.
5+ years of experience Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 and Platform level certifications.
5+ years of experience D365 F&0 Implementation experience is preferred (Highlight at least 1 implementation on resume).
