We are looking for a highly experienced Python Developer with deep expertise across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, LLMs, data engineering, and AI solution delivery. This senior role requires 15+ years of hands-on technical leadership and proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems at scale.
Role Overview
This position will lead the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, integrating modern ML frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices. You will develop advanced AI applications, optimize models, build data pipelines, and collaborate cross-functionally on strategic AI initiatives.

Strong background in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector DBs, Agentic Frameworks, Conversational AI
Deep experience in Python, ML frameworks, cloud ML services, and data engineering pipelines

Role Responsibilities
Design, develop & deploy enterprise AI/ML and GenAI models
Build scalable training, inference & data pipelines
Develop web-based AI applications (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
Build LLM solutions: chatbots, summarization, RAG systems
Lead PoCs and automation initiatives
Perform model evaluation, tuning & optimization
Integrate APIs and cloud ML services
Implement MLOps best practices for CI/CD and model versioning
Create documentation, training content & demos
Domain Expertise (Highly Preferred)
10+ years in AI/ML development for Telecom or Retail domains
Strong knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS, IoT, fixed/mobile networks
Experience with BSS systems: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Care
Knowledge of Telecom data models & COTS platforms (Amdocs, NetCracker, CSG, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Generative AI
