The Role

We're searching for a part-time trainer who can:

Take everyday people and make them AI superheroes
Make the complex feel accessible and the intimidating feel fun
Bring AI intuition to life in ways that transform businesses
Design and deliver training that sticks
Create those "aha!" moments that change how people see AI's potential

What Makes You Perfect for This

You're our ideal trainer if:

You've been blending AI with everyday work in surprising ways
You're a natural storyteller who can make technical concepts click
You love seeing the light bulb moment when someone "gets it"
You've got hands-on experience with AI tools and can show others the ropes
You understand that leadership isn't about titles—it's about empowering others
You bring creativity and practical experience to the table
You're comfortable leading in-person training sessions in the Denver area

Nice-to-Haves

Experience developing training materials that people actually want to use
Background in facilitating workshops or leading group training
Knowledge of current AI tools and trends
Relevant certifications in AI or training (but real-world experience matters more)

Qualifications

Experience in AI training and instruction
Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials
Experience in developing AI training programs
Understanding of human-centered leadership principles
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
Relevant certifications in AI and training
