Responsibilities

Design and develop AI components and APIs to seamlessly integrate with existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on AI opportunities across various business landscapes.
Provide technical leadership, ensuring AI solutions align with industry best practices and security standards.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Effectively document and communicate solutions using various formats like flowcharts and diagrams.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to initiatives focused on performance, stability, and reliability.
Engage in Agile development processes, participating in two-week sprints to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills

Extensive experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI and ML.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Expertise in AI frameworks and technologies, including TensorFlow and scikit-learn.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AWS services, particularly Sagemaker and the Gen AI stack.
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing and sentiment analysis techniques.
Knowledge of VectorDBs and data infrastructure for AI training pipelines.
Background in working with Agentic AI platforms and frameworks.
