Job Specifications

UI/UX developer/front-end engineer with 5+ years of relevant work experience to lead the development and evolution of our digital factory solutions. Typescript and React are the current language and framework.

Major Responsibilities

Design and implement responsive, scalable, reusable, performant, and testable front-end solutions in Typescript + React (and/or Solid)
Contribute clean, reusable, polished code, not one-off solutions
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and peer-to-peer learning
Test, debug, and perform QA
Design professional, state-of-the-art UIs with close attention to detail
Proactively innovate to improve the code and the user experience

Knowledge and Education

Advanced CSS expertise
2+ years Typescript experience (highly recommended)
SolidJS and/or Svelte
Other web frameworks (Vue, Angular, Knockout)
SSR
WebAssembly
Material UI
AG Grid
Vite or NextJS
MobxX, Recoil, or Jotai
Responsive CSS

Work Experience

5+ years of front-end development and/or UI/UX work experience
2+ years building polished, performance front-end applications and applying best practices in front-end architecture
2+ years using React with a deep understanding of core principles including hooks, state management, and performance optimisation
