Job Specifications

Qualifications and experience -

· Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field ·

· 5-7+ years of Salesforce.com Administration experience implementing/supporting Sales Cloud on Lightning for a base of at least 300 users ·

· Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder ·

· Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Agentforce Specialist highly preferred. ·

· Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop CRM solutions ·

· Experience with general salesforce setup and configuration such as flows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields, report types etc. ·

· Experience in environment maintenance tasks such as managing admin access, managing sandboxes, handling confidential data, integration configurations ·

· Knowledge of Data Cloud (Data 360) for unified customer data strategy.

· Hands-on with Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics · Understanding of Agentforce 360 concepts and readiness for AI-enabled service and automation. ·

· Operational experience in non-Salesforce environments ·

· Experience in JIRA and GitHub ·

· Experience with Salesforce Backup & Restore, DocuSign CLM ·

· Experience in DevOps & Data Tools: Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Dataloader io, Change Sets
